Good question! Create an account before sending your RETURN CLAIM! Use the same FIRST AND LAST NAME with which you placed your initial order.
Once you fill out your RETURN CLAIM FORM and email it to email@example.com with Subject: RETURN CLAIM [Insert your Order Number].
Once we process your claim you are logged into your new account your Hard Candy credit will magically appear on your shopping cart page!
