WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Once you place an order, we will process in 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm ET are processed the next business day. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY CREDIT IF I DON’T HAVE A HARD CANDY ACCOUNT?

Good question! Create an account before sending your RETURN CLAIM! Use the same FIRST AND LAST NAME with which you placed your initial order.  Once you fill out your RETURN CLAIM FORM and email it to info@hardcandy.com with Subject: RETURN CLAIM [Insert your Order Number]. Once we process your claim you are logged into your new account your Hard Candy credit will magically appear on your shopping cart page!
