WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not provide a return label. We DO NOT accept returns but WILL issue Hard Candy credit/ gift card, at discretion, within 30 days of the shipment delivery date after receipt of our claim form.

To make a claim, fill out our Return Claim form (download and print a copy below) then email it to info@hardcandy.com with Subject: RETURN CLAIM [Insert your Order Number].

As soon as we process your return we'll send you a confirmation email with your Hard Credit credit information.  You will not receive shipping fees (even if you add it to your return claim). We DO NOT refund shipping. We are not responsible for shipping fees. 
PS. Shipping is FREE on orders over $30!


FYI: We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your state, country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States (We do not currently ship internationally but we plan to soon!).
