It started in Los Angeles in 1995 with two sisters on a mission: find the perfect sky-blue nail polish to match the perfect pair of sandals. They couldn't find it, so they made it. That one little bottle sparked a cult following and helped kick off the indie-beauty boom. Sweet name, hard edge. We've been color-edgy, tempting and a little addictive ever since.
