HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We offer three (3) shipping speeds. Shipping is calculated based on your location.

Standard (5-9 business days)
Overnight (1-2 business days)
Expedited (3-5 business days)

PS: Standard shipping is FREE when you spend $30 or more. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.

We offer Standard, Overnight and Expedited Shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS FOR PAST SALES?
We do not adjust prices on past orders. Our makeup is under $10 and we definitely abide by Every Day Low Pricing. Waiting for a sale could mean your favorite item might be sold out!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Hard Candy does not provide a return label. Hard Candy DOES NOT accept returns but WILL issue Hard Candy credit/ gift card, at discretion, within 30 days of the shipment delivery date after receipt of our claim form.

To make a claim, fill out our Return Claim form (download and print a copy below) then email it to info@hardcandy.com with Subject: RETURN CLAIM [Insert your Order Number].

As soon as we process your return we'll send you a confirmation email with your Hard Credit credit information.  You will not receive shipping fees (even if you add it to your return claim). We DO NOT refund shipping. We are not responsible for shipping fees. 
PS. Shipping is FREE on orders over $30!

FYI: We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your state, country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States (We do not currently ship internationally but we plan to soon!).


I'M HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us at info@hardcandy.com with Subject: TRACKING NUMBER [Insert your Order Number].


CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
We DO NOT offer exchanges or physical returns HOWEVER you can fill out a RETURN CLAIM FORM and receive Hard Candy credit. You can use your Hard Candy credit to place a different order at Hard Candy.com for the item(s) you want.

Here’s how it works:
1. Download and fill out the Returns Claim Form (you will need to provide photographic proof)
2. (THIS IS IMPORTANT) Email it to info@hardcandy.com with Subject: RETURN CLAIM [Insert your Order Number]

  1. Our customer service team will process. Please be a little patient! Processing can take up to 30 days after we receive your Return Claim Form.
  2. When processed, you will receive an email confirming that your Hard Candy credit was issued. You're ready to shop again!

DISCLOSURE: We have measures in place to ensure your product is sent to your satisfaction. We are monitoring your orders. Submitting a claim is a serious issue and we treat it as such.

YOU DIDN’T SEND A RETURN FORM. HOW DO I SEND BACK MY RETURN?
Don’t. We do not accept returns. Feel free to dispose of the item in a manner of which you see fit!

Fill out a RETURN CLAIM FORM and email according to directions.


I’M OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.! HOW DO I RETURN?
We do not yet ship outside the US!
Our rule would still apply. We DO NOT accept returns but you may fill out a RETURN CLAIM FORM.


HOW LONG WILL MY RETURN TAKE?
Processing RETURN CLAIMS could take up to 30 days after we receive your form, so please be patient. Obviously, we will get to your return ASAP because we are truly invested in your satisfaction!

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY HARD CANDY CREDIT IS AVAILABLE?
As soon as we process your RETURN CLAIM, we will send you a confirmation email with your Hard Candy credit/ gift card information. Then, you're ready to shop again!

Log into your Hard Candy account and shop then paste your code in the designated area on the shopping cart page! You can use your credit to get a different item ONLY at www.HardCandy.com.

Hard Candy credit will NEVER expire.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY CREDIT IF I DON’T HAVE A HARD CANDY ACCOUNT?
Good question! Create an account before sending your RETURN CLAIM! Use the same FIRST AND LAST NAME with which you placed your initial order. 

Once you fill out your RETURN CLAIM FORM and email it to info@hardcandy.com with Subject: RETURN CLAIM [Insert your Order Number].

Once we process your claim you are logged into your new account your Hard Candy credit will magically appear on your shopping cart page!


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Once you place an order, we will process in 1 to 2 business days.
Orders placed after 3pm ET are processed the next business day.
Then, our carriers take it from there. You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP TO ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO?
You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to these states will take about 12 - 16 business days. 

We cannot ship nail polish or fragrance to these states.


CAN I REMOVE A SAVED PAYMENT METHOD?
Of course! You can make this change on your Account page. If something is wrong, please email us at info@hardcandy.com with Subject: CHANGE MY PAYMENT [Insert your Order Number]
