Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?

Right now we ship anywhere in the United States.

How much is shipping?

Standard ground shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Under $50, standard ground is $8.95. Need it faster? 2-day shipping is $20.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. You can also track it from your account.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email support@hardcandy.com as soon as possible with "Order change" and your order number in the subject line, and we'll do our best to help before it ships.

Help, my payment was declined!

Double-check your card's security code, billing address, expiration date and available balance, then try again. Still stuck? Email us with your order number.

Returns

Something's not right with my order. What do I do?

Sorry about that! Email support@hardcandy.com with your order number (and a photo if something arrived damaged) and we'll help sort it out. You'll find the details in our refund policy.

Can I return something I bought in a store?

Purchases made at Walmart or other retailers follow that store's return policy, so please reach out to them directly.

Is Hard Candy vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! Every Hard Candy product is vegan and cruelty-free. We ♥ our animal friends, and we don't test our products on them.

Where can I find the ingredients?

Every product page has an Ingredients section. Formulas can change, so the packaging always has the most up-to-date list.

How long does my makeup last once it's open?

Look for the little open-jar symbol on the packaging. The number inside (like 12M) tells you how many months the product is good for after opening. Pro tip: toss anything that changes color, texture or smell.

What happens if something is out of stock?

Join our email list to hear about restocks first, and if you see a "Notify me" button on a sold-out shade, tap it and we'll email you when it's back.
